Residents enjoy family-style living in an 8
person handicapped accessible home with 24 hour
personal and nursing care. |

approved and licensed by the State of Ohio,
Department of MR/DD. |

professional Social Services department to
assist you in any way during your
decision-making process or in the process of
admission. Lin Humpal, Licensed Social Worker,
and her assistant, Dawn English, continue to
work with you during your loved one's time with
us. |

the forefront of the contemporary MR/DD
residential service system for 25 years. |

occupational and speech therapy services are
available. Registered dietician is on staff.

Complete medical
needs are met including medical director,
dental, vision and podiatry services. TLC has
liaisons with community physicians, clinics and
hospitals which assist us to meet each
individual's need for treatment. |

is contracted through the Medina County Board of
MR/DD. |
