TLC renders care and provides homes
for 96 severely and profoundly mentally retarded
individuals. Our goal is to provide them with a
home-like environment. All of our group homes are
located in Brunswick or Valley City, Ohio. The following

positions within our company when it comes to

Habilitation Specialist Job Profile
The Habilitation Specialist is the person who has direct
daily supervision over the very special clients we serve
. As a Hab Spec you will be rendering or assisting in
the client's personal care (i.e. treatments,
medications, bathing, toileting, programming,
etc.). In addition to rendering personal care, you may be
doing cooking, housekeeping and laundry duties. All
employees must be able to lift 70 pounds. You will be
paid the starting wage of $9.87/hour. Any questions

Habilitation Nurse Job Profile
The Habilitation Nurse is the person who has direct
daily supervision over the very special clients we
serve. As a Hab Nurse, you will be rendering or
assisting in the client's personal and nursing care
(i.e. treatments, medications, bathing, toileting,
programming, etc.). In addition to rendering
nursing care, you may be doing cooking, housekeeping and
laundry duties. All employees must be able to lift 70
pounds. You will be paid the starting wage of

General Employment Information
As we are a service provider, we provide services 24
hours a day, 7 days a week. In order to accomplish this,
all positions are scheduled to work every other weekend.
Our normal shifts are as follows:
6am-2pm
2pm-10pm
10pm-6am
There are variations of the above schedules in some
homes. |
TLC considers it's employee's training to be most
important and essential. TLC requires that all employees
complete our in-house training program. This program
lasts for a period of 9 working days. It is conducted
between the hours of 8:30am and 3pm. Please contact
